Imagine meets Dreamweaver

This week IMAGINE Crafts and Dreamweaver Stencils are featuring a Blog Hop showcasing our fabulous products and providing some inspiration for you to get creative!  Be sure to leave your comments on each artist’s post that you visit for your chance to win a fabulous prize that includes IMAGINE Crafts and Dreamweaver products.  Contest closes at 11:59pm PST on Sunday, June15th.

***Blog Hop Hint – if you click on a link that takes you to a page saying something like “Sorry this page cannot be found” just click on the header at the top of the blog (usually a picture or the blog’s name) and it will take you to that blog’s most recent post. That post *should* be our hop. If not, you can probably scroll down a short way to find the hop post.

I was so excited when I heard that we would be playing along with Dreamweaver, their pastes and stencils are fabulous!  I immediately fell in love with this boat and thought how great it would be for male cards, and had the idea for this sunset scene.

Sailing sunset

The supplies used on this project were:

Dreamweaver Sailboat LG755, Paste Spreader LM2010 and Matt Black Embossing Paste, Imagine Crafts/Tsukineko Kaleidacolor inks Dessert Heat and Caribbean Sea, Memento Luxe Bahama Blue and Dandelion, Ink Potion No.9, Sponge Daubers.  Teal, Black and White Gloss card and twine.

I have made a short video to show to recreate this card.

Thanks for visiting me today, enjoy the rest of the hop!

  1. Cathy, you are so talented and skilled with the application of colors; I love the way you colored and highlighted the water and waves, and how you brought the sunset sky colors into the water. Beautiful, as always!

  2. Gorgeous card! Just in time for Father’s Day. It is wonderful to see what everyone is doing this hop. Thank you.
